Southwest Pre-K staff Friday brought out more chairs and a table to accommodate parents and students who packed the cafeteria in a "Moms and Muffins" pre-Mother's Day celebration.
Mother's Day officially is on Sunday, May 14.
Moms and grandmoms shared breakfast with their children and grandchildren, took pictures and then worked on an arts and crafts project by painting flowers.
The buzz in the cafeteria was a clear indication that everybody was engaged and having a good time.
