Dear Parents and Guardians,
If your child has any medication in the nurse’s office it must be picked up at all campuses by June 3, 2022, the last day of school. Your child will not be able to transport any medication on the bus, but you are welcome to pick up the medication in the nurse’s office any time before the last day of school. All medication/spacers that haven't been picked up from school will be discarded immediately.
It is important to note that a new medication/allergy form must be completed for the upcoming 2022-23 school year. All prescription medications must be submitted in the original prescription bottle/package and clearly labeled. No over-the-counter medication is ever administered. All medical forms and medication must be forwarded to the nurse’s office. All medical questions and concerns must be communicated with the nurse.
