Rodeo fun for students and chaperones

On March 4th, more than 1,200 students and chaperones from the Northeast and East campuses visited the  2015 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

The weather was perfect for the trip to NRG Park. The students focused on areas of the rodeo that provided many opportunities for learning, which included a petting zoo. The fun on the farm exhibit allowed children to explore the world of agriculture by following the process of producing farm products, from planting to market.

We would like to thank each parent that served as a chaperone. Your support was greatly appreciated.

Students from the Southwest and Southwest PreK campuses will attend the rodeo on Wednesday, March 11.
