Superintendent M. Annette Cluff announced the teachers and employees of the year during the opening of Field Day, May 27. Here are the honorees:

East Campus:
Teacher of the year: Marie Rojo, kindergarten
Employee of the year: Leidy Martinez, instructional aide

Northeast Campus:
Teacher of the year: Kimberly Jones, pre-k
Employee of the year: Maria Salazar, instructional aide

Southwest Campus:
Teacher of the year: Abiola Willoughby, 2nd grade
Employee of the year: Diana Sim, ESL teacher

Transportation:
Bus driver of the year: Lorine Richards

District:
Teacher of the year:  Abiola Willoughby -- Southwest Campus
Employee of the year: Maria Salazar, Northeast Campus.
